The Treasury Council has begun migrating to V3, as detailed in SIP 304, marking the first phase of the Synthetix V3 transition. Staker migration to V3 is expected to open in 2-3 weeks. This update introduces significant changes to the ecosystem, particularly in how liquidations are handled.

Synthetix V3 has launched on Arbitrum, with LTIP rewards available for liquidity providers. The phased deployment will enable Perps trading, introduce an Arbitrum-native stablecoin, and expand collateral options to solidify Synthetix's presence on the network.

Synthetix is undergoing a pivotal phase of the V3 rollout, introducing a new foundation and architecture for the protocol. This transition also marks a significant step towards enhancing the scalability and decentralization of the Synthetix stablecoin, sUSD.
