Optimistic Ethereum on L2 is now integrated into Staking!

The Staking dApp is now compatible with Optimistic Ethereum (OΞ) on L2, meaning that OΞ stakers can now benefit from the improved user experience and expanded features offered on Staking over L2 Mintr! Just like with L2 Mintr, it is only compatible with Metamask as only Metamask allows users to interact with the Optimistic Ethereum network.

If you’ve already migrated to OΞ, to use OΞ Staking simply select the ‘Switch to L2’ option in the top-right corner. This will allow your Metamask to add the Optimistic Ethereum network, which you can switch to/from much like you can already switch to/from Mainnet and testnets.

Please note that depositing or migrating from a wallet that is not EOA compatible with Metamask could lead to a loss of funds.

Once it’s added, you’ll be able to toggle between networks using the drop-down at the top of the Metamask extension. This will allow you to continue to interact with L1 just in case you didn’t migrate all of your SNX to OΞ.
